The Approach

Protecting privacy, promoting connection.

We conducted 20 in-depth interviews to understand how people manage their health, set goals, and interact with insurers and health platforms. What we heard shaped four distinct kinds of user — each with different needs around sharing a deeply personal journey — and those people guided the concept’s design.

The Approach

Using AI for rapid prototyping and testing.

With short timelines to validate the concept, we used AI-assisted design tools to accelerate a high-fidelity interactive prototype — iterating quickly, simulating real user experiences, and running targeted user testing to validate the key assumptions.
